Our Returns Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition—just as you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Automatic watering kits (opened or used systems)
  • Bird baths and garden decorations that have been installed
  • Personalized or custom-made garden furniture
  • Any items that show signs of use or damage not present at delivery

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your gardening products:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use the original packaging if possible, including all accessories
  4. Ship Back – Send to our Bristol address using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense unless item is faulty)
  5. Receive Refund – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  1. Follow the same initial steps as returns
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll calculate any price difference and arrange for the new item to be shipped once we receive your return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • We sent the wrong item

In these cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
