Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns Window
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact with all accessories included
- Items must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used automatic watering kits
- Installed bird baths and garden decorations
- Personalized or custom-made garden furniture
- Any items showing signs of use or damage not present at delivery
Simple 4-Step Return Process

3. Package & Ship
Securely pack the item using original packaging if possible. Ship to:

Use a trackable service – return shipping is at customer’s expense unless item is faulty.
4. Receive Refund
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- Follow the same initial steps as returns
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll calculate any price difference and arrange for the new item to be shipped once we receive your return
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card)
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
